topics such as what feminism really is, unconscious bias, and intersectionality are not talked about as much as they should. the absence of these discussions spread misconceptions and hinder progress. even worse, those who do speak out about these problems, especially women, are often ignored and their concerns are considered unimportant. let's change that.
